Delta, Kappa Eta Kappa's fourth chapter, was formed on February 9, 1924 by members of the Engineering College. The students formed this fraternity to obtain a better understanding of the field of electrical engineering and to be able to socially interact with other students in the field.

The Delta Chapter house is located at 114 N. Orchard Street and serves as home to many active KHK members. It is here where weekly meetings are held and special activities usually take place among its chapter members. The house is near Union South, Wendt Library and the engineering campus.
