The Delta chapter of KHK is a professional, co-ed ECE/CS fraternity at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Founded in 1924, the fraternity provides an atmosphere for engineering students to meet fellow classmates, study in groups, and make professional connections.
KHK is also a social atmosphere as much as an academic one. We host social events in our basement approximately 3 times per semester, and also provide a very nice spot for congregating before football games.
Some cool things about KHK include a big screen TV, a lit B.P. table, and computer-controlled dance lighting in our basement. Our house is located one block from Union South and provides an ideal location and economical rent prices for our members.
Kappa Eta Kappa is UW-Madison's only co-ed professional electrical and computer engineering fraternity. It includes engineers, scientists, and researchers of the future. Being a non-discriminatory fraternity, KHK includes women. As a nationally recognized fraternity KHK membership assists in making contacts with professionals outside the Madison area, including the Milwaukee and Minneapolis metropolitan areas. We have alumni to unite under a common banner. This opportunity entails not only academic and professional advancement, but also a chance to gather in social manner.
The only requirement for membership in KHK is that you are majoring in or will major in an Electrical and Computer Engineering related major (EE, CMPE, CS, etc.) and not be active in any other professional fraternity. KHK is looking for well-rounded, motivated individuals who are willing to contribute as well as achieve.
